How we do it

REECH works through 45+ partner organisations across Cambodia, acting as a bridge between generous Australian supporters and vetted grassroots agencies. We back Cambodians who are helping Cambodians — strengthening local capacity and ensuring every contribution reaches the people creating real change.

REECH touches the lives of Cambodia’s poorest of the poor
For the close to 20 years REECH has been working in Cambodia, it has supported 40 grassroots agencies working with highly vulnerable, “at risk” infants, kids, teens and young adults.
REECH Cambodia’s commitment to girls’ education
It’s no coincidence then that REECH Cambodia invests heavily in the education of girls – be they toddlers, preschoolers, teenagers, young women or even the occasional gran.

We know that giving is an act of trust — and we take that seriously. REECH is committed to honesty, accountability, and integrity in everything we do. From how we handle donations to how we choose our local partners, we work hard to ensure every dollar, bike, and resource reaches the people who need it most and creates lasting change.
REECH is committed to transparency and good governance. We are overseen by a Board of Directors, follow best-practice financial management, and maintain strong relationships with our partner organisations to ensure donations are used responsibly.
Donations are directed to the areas of greatest need, supporting trusted partner organisations and REECH programs in Cambodia. This approach allows us to respond effectively to local priorities and maximise impact.
Partner organisations are carefully vetted for their experience, credibility, and alignment with REECH’s mission. We maintain ongoing communication, provide support, and regularly review each partnership to ensure funds are making a real difference.
Text REECH is led by founders Jenny and James Knight alongside a dedicated Board of Directors. Strategic decisions are made collaboratively, balancing community needs, partner feedback, and responsible stewardship of donations.
Yes. REECH Cambodia is a registered Australian charity with Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status. Donations over $2 are tax-deductible, and supporters receive a receipt once their contribution has been processed.
